Energy bills can be complicated. That's why we've listened to you and acted on your feedback, so we can make them as simple as possible. We've broken your invoices down in a handy guide below, so you can understand what each section means. There's also some helpful links to access your invoices and any other queries you might have.

We've answered some of the most frequently asked questions to help make your journey easier.

Typically, invoices are issued monthly if you have a smart meter up and running and your first invoice should arrive in the post within the first six weeks of the start of your contract. You can view your invoices via your online account here

You can download copies of your invoices via your online account, just log in here. If a change of circumstances means you don't receive an invoice, such as a change of address, please update us of your new details either by our contact form here or by calling 03457 25 25 26.

You can sign up to receive an email alert when your next statement is produced. Just log into your online account here, locate the energy contract and report page and tick the box for accounts you wish to receive an email alert. This notification will include a pdf of your latest bill.

This is dependant on the type of contract you have for your meter(s). If you're on a monthly contract, you will receive monthly invoices. If you have a quarterly contract, you'll get your invoices every three (3) months. You can find out what type of contract you have via your online account, just log in here

Your final invoice will be generated based on your new suppliers initial reading - so don't forget to provide them with a reading on the day you're switching. You can find more information about moving premises here
