How to pay your bill
You can pay your energy bills by direct debit, bank transfer, debit/credit card, cheque or over the counter at a bank, post office or where you see a PayPoint sign.

Refunds and credits
If your gas or electricity bill is showing a credit balance, or you’re a direct debit customer who’s always in credit each month, you may be eligible for a refund.
Security deposits
If we’ve asked you to pay a security deposit, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit when you close or transfer your account, with any accrued interest added.
