Government support
Energy Bills Discount Scheme (EBDS)
Effective from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024, this government scheme replaced the Energy Bill Relief Scheme (EBRS) following its closure on 31 March 2023.
Final reconciliations are underway. If your bills have been calculated using estimated readings, we encourage you to send us an actual meter reading so we can accurately reconcile your bill.

Effective from 1 October 2022 to 31 March 2023, this scheme applied an automatic discount to gas and electricity unit prices for most non-domestic energy customers.
