Create your energy efficiency strategy and fund physical upgrades through guaranteed savings
Though many organisations know their buildings could operate more energy efficiently, the up-front cost of upgrading or the lack of technical expertise can put them off. That’s where an Energy Performance Contract (EPC) can make a big difference by funding improvements that can reduce your energy consumption.
Using our resources, we can create bespoke contracts that tackle your buildings’ energy efficiency challenges and give you guaranteed energy savings. Most importantly, we can do that without the need for you to make an upfront capital investment.
It’s a solution that minimises your risks and will improve the performance of your buildings and equipment while giving you a guaranteed return.
What are the benefits of an Energy Performance Contract?
Cost reduction
EPCs are designed to reduce your energy expenditure by completely renewing (or significantly improving) energy and water assets.
Ongoing savings guaranteed
Once the improvements are implemented, the savings are ongoing and continue even after the payback period is complete.
Environment improving
Because EPCs focus on physical improvements, they help to improve building performance in areas like lighting, heating, cooling, ventilation and water supply – making the whole environment more comfortable for your staff.
Minimising risk
Because there are no up-front capital costs, EPCs offer a ‘risk transfer’ solution which is further enhanced by energy saving guarantees.
Reputation enhancing
EPCs are a strategic commitment to sustainability. They’ll help to reduce your organisation’s carbon footprint and improve its reputation for social responsibility.
Five simple steps towards your Energy Performance Contract
1. Initial assessment report
Qualifies the potential and scope of the EPC.
2. Investment Grade Proposal
Explores the viability of the EPC and gives you a business case that captures savings, costs, risks and wider benefits.
3. Full project management plan and contract
Outlines our responsibilities, success metrics and legal obligations.
4. Design, installation and commissioning
A total turnkey solution, including training of your staff.
5. Ongoing support
Operation and maintenance of your energy infrastructure and measurement and verification of the guaranteed energy savings.

Energy savings opportunity scheme
ESOS was set up by the UK government to ensure large organisations contribute to its energy reduction targets. It is a mandatory energy assessment scheme and qualifying organisations must demonstrate they’ve assessed their energy use and identified whether energy-saving improvements can be made.
Business Energy Intelligence (BEI)
BEI helps you to visualise trends and see wastage across multiple utilities. A standalone system or tied to your Building Energy Management System (BEMS). The data can be easily analysed and interrogated to help you monitor, target, and ultimately, save.
Remote optimal
We use a remote connection to your BEMS system to provide maintenance and support without having to visit your site. We can optimise your BEMS system and modify Energy strategies and can manage alarms on your behalf.
